State Patrol unable to identify driver in fatal Scott County crash
An early morning crash on Monday has left at least one person dead in Scott County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
According to the agency, the crash happened shortly before 4:30 a.m. on southbound Highway 169 at Delaware Avenue in St. Lawrence Township, about two miles south of Jordan.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Ford 150 was traveling the wrong way in the southbound lanes of Highway 169 when the vehicle crashed into the concrete median barrier.
The vehicle became engulfed in flames as a result of the crash.
The Minnesota State Patrol said the man driving the car could not be identified and listed him as a John Doe. No other passengers were inside the vehicle during the crash.
