Minneapolis police squad car involved in injury crash

A Minneapolis police squad car was involved in an injury crash Thursday night.

According to the Minneapolis Police Department, a squad car with its lights on crashed into a vehicle at Lowry and Logan Avenues N. at 8:16 p.m. Thursday.

Both vehicles had a lone occupant.

Both people were taken to the hospital having suffered minor injuries in the crash.

There are no further updates at this time.
