The United States Attorney for Minnesota, Andrew Luger, has announced a 120-month prison sentence for Kevin Alan Aguilar-Moreno.

Aguilar-Moreno, a 21-year-old Mexican national, plead guilty to one count of methamphetamine possession with intent to distribute.

In October of 2021 Aguilar-Morno was attempting to board a Phoenix-bound flight when TSA officials discovered three firearms and a large quantity of methamphetamine.

Court documents state that Aguilar-Moreno admitted he bought the drugs in Red Wing and intended to sell them in Phoenix, Arizona.
