The holiday spirit will be rolling across Minnesota this week — including the Twin Cities metro area — as the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will make its return to the region.

The train is made of more than a dozen brightly lit rail cars, with hundreds of thousands of LED lights used to create holiday designs.

After the train stops at the destination, a door lowers and a band plays a song, which is then followed by a presentation by officials from an area food bank.

More music follows the presentation before the train leaves.
