More than $75K raised during 2022 Summer Jam

Organizers say more than 34,000 people donated thousands more during this year’s Summer Jam at Canterbury Park.

This year’s music festival was held from July 21 through 23 and raised funds for multiple organizations.

According to Summer Jam organizers, more than $4,000 was raised Thursday night for CAP Agency of Scott, Carver and Dakota counties, with more than 110 pounds of food also being donated.

Meanwhile, $50,000 was donated to M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital from Gray Duck Experience at TC Summer Jam. In addition, organizers say performers Trace Adkins and Kane Brown made a special message for children at the hospital.

An additional $23,000 was raised and donated to Firefighters for Healing, MN Fundraising Initiative and others.

Next year’s festival at Canterbury Park is scheduled for July 20 through 22.
