The burger chain’s fourth-quarter revenue fell short of Wall Street forecasts.

Caterpillar Inc., up $6.31 to $321.40.

The construction equipment maker reported strong fourth-quarter financial results.

Estée Lauder Companies Inc., up $16.16 to $150.28.

The beauty products company announced job cuts as part of a restructuring plan.

ON Semiconductor Corp., up $6.76 to $77.59.

The semiconductor components maker beat analysts’ fourth-quarter earnings and revenue forecasts.

Boeing Co., down $2.75 to $206.63.

The airplane maker discovered another problem in some of its 737 fuselages that may delay deliveries of about 50 aircraft.

Catalent Inc., up $5.31 to $59.82.

Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk’s holding company is buying the maker of drug delivery technologies.

Everbridge Inc., up $4.38 to $28.17.

Private equity firm Thoma Bravo is buying the software developer for $1.5 billion.

Elanco Animal Health Inc., up $1.17 to $15.90.

Pharmaceutical giant Merck is buying the animal health products company’s aquatics business.
