Two shows have been added to the 2018 Grandstand Concert Series at the Minnesota State Fair.
Earth, Wind and Fire, the 1970s hitmakers, are scheduled to perform on Sunday, Aug. 26. Comedian Sinbad is expected to open.
And 1990s rock bands 311 and The Offspring are scheduled to perform on Friday, Aug. 31 as part of their Never-Ending Summer Tour with special guest Gym Class Heroes.
Other performers already announced for the grandstand include Niall Horan with special guest Maren Morris on Thursday, Aug. 23, Sugarland with special guests Frankie Ballard and Lindsay Ell on Friday, Aug. 24, The Beach Boys with special guests The Righteous Brothers on Monday, Aug. 27, the Good Vibes Tour with Jason Mraz and Brett Dennen on Tuesday, Aug. 28, truTV's Impractical Jokers starring The Tenderloins on Thursday, Aug. 30, and the Life Tour featuring Boy George and Culture Club, the B-52s and Tom Bailey of the Thompson Twins on Monday, Sept. 3.
The 2018 Minnesota State Fair is scheduled to run from Aug. 23 through Sept. 3.
