UPDATE: Recall issued after more than 30 infants die using Fisher-Price Rock n' Play

UPDATE: The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued an official recall of the Fisher-Price Rock n' Play due to reports of death when infants roll over in the product.

The inclined sleeper is now being linked to over 30 infant deaths over the past 10 years.

The CPSC is asking consumers to stop using the product immediately and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher.

Consumers can contact Fisher-Price online and click on 'Recalls & Safety Alerts' or they can call 866-812-6518 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday for more information.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Fisher-Price have issued a warning to consumers about the Fisher-Price Rock n' Play due to reports of death when infants roll over in the product.

The inclined sleeper is being linked to 10 infant deaths over the past four years. 

All 10 infants were three months or older. 

More recall news

All of the deaths happened when babies rolled onto their side or their stomach. 

The victims were also not buckled into the harness.
