Del Monte Foods Inc., has announced a recall of more than 64,000 cases of FIESTA CORN Seasoned with Red and Green Peppers due to under-processing, according to the U.S. Food and Drug and Administration. 

The FDA said the products that are included in the recall are in 15.25 ounce cans. The cans contain a "Best if Used By" date of:

  • Sept. 4, 2021
  • Sept. 5, 2021
  • Sept. 6, 2021
  • Sept. 22, 2021

The products were distributed in 25 states, including Wisconsin. 

The FDA said there has been no reports of illness associated with the product. 

Consumers are requested to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
