FDA, CDC investigate illnesses linked to pig ear dog treats

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration are investigating a reported salmonella outbreak that is linked to pig ear dog treats. 

The CDC says there is a total of 127 cases of illness reported, with 26 hospitalizations.
