Minnesota added 3,300 jobs in June, making it the fourth consecutive month in which the state has gained jobs this year.
According to a Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development report, seven industry sectors gained jobs last month: education, healthcare, manufacturing, financial activities, leisure and hospitality, government, and logging and mining.
The report also stated Minnesota's unemployment rate held at 3.3% in June.
However, DEED Commissioner Steve Grove said even though jobs were gained in June, employers continue to have a difficult time finding workers.
"Our workforce development teams at DEED are working to connect these employers to job seekers to fill some of the most in-demand jobs currently out there," Grove said in a statement.
