Twin Cities-based Chuck and Don's, a pet supplier retailer with 45 locations in Minnesota, Colorado, Kansas and Wisconsin, has announced it has been acquired by New York-based Independent Pet Partners.

In a release, the company said IPP will create a co-headquarters in the Twin Cities to "leverage the talented staff at Chuck and Don's headquarters to help accelerate growth in all IPP brands."
