Multiple recalls have been issued over the past several days, including burritos, defibrillators, and Ranitidine tablets, among other products.

Culinary International, LLC, in Vernon, Calif. announced that they recalled 626 pounds of egg burrito products mistakenly labeled as cilantro lime chicken burritos. The products subject to recall have the establishment number "P-6009" inside the USDA mark of inspection on the case. The Food Safety and Inspections Service designated this recall as a Class 1 recall as eggs are a known allergen that are not declared on the label and could cause severe adverse effects in certain individuals. Stryker Emergency Care has issued a recall on specific units of the LIFEPAK 15 monitor/defibrillators. An issue with certain units may cause the unit not to deliver a shock when the "shock" button is pressed according to a release from the FDA. The company is instructing customers to continue to use their LIFEPAK 15 monitor/defibrillator according to the Operating Instructions until the correction can be completed.
