ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Michigan says it has received notice from the NCAA that it is looking into potential rules infractions in the Wolverines football program. Athletic director Warde Manuel says the school will cooperate with the NCAA investigation. An AP source says the investigation is believed to involve impermissible texts and calls to high school prospects. The move comes a day after Jim Harbaugh says he expects to coach Michigan’s football team next season amid reports of his interest in returning to the NFL.
