Juventus extends winning run to 8 with win over Udinese

MILAN (AP) — Juventus has stretched its winning streak to eight matches with a narrow 1-0 win over Udinese in Serie A. Danilo scored four minutes from time thanks to a fabulous assist from Federico Chiesa. Massimiliano Allegri’s team has also not conceded a goal in its past eight matches despite being rocked by scandal during the break. Juventus moved into second place in Serie A. There was a moving tribute to Gianluca Vialli before kickoff as well as a minute’s silence. Inter Milan is three points behind Juvents after being held to a 2-2 draw at Silvio Berlusconi’s Monza.
