Fernandez de Oliveira has life-changing win in Latin America

Mateo Fernandez de Oliveira says has won the Latin America Amateur Championship. He calls it a life-changing win. The Argentine now gets into the Masters, the U.S. Open at Los Angeles Country Club and the British Open at Royal Liverpool. The senior at Arkansas shot a 67 at Grand Reserve. He finished at 265 to shatter the tournament scoring record by eight shots. He went on to win by four over Luis Carrera of Mexico. Fernandez de Oliveira is the second Argentine to win the Latin American Amateur since it began in 2015.
