Commanders go into offseason that could bring new owner, QB

ASHBURN, Va. (AP) — The Washington Commanders head into another offseason of uncertainty that could bring a new quarterback. That’s a familiar position for an organization that has been looking for stability at football’s most important position for years. The next few months could also bring new ownership, with Dan Snyder exploring a sale that could upend the once-storied NFL franchise. Snyder selling likely means Ron Rivera’s job as coach and head of football operations is safe. But changes could be coming to his staff and certainly on the roster following another mediocre season without a playoff appearance.
