Chargers say inexperience doesn’t matter in playoff return

COSTA MESA, Calif. (AP) — Kyle Van Noy wants wants his Los Angeles Chargers teammates to know their postseason inexperience means absolutely nothing as this franchise returns to the postseason after a four-year absence. Van Noy won two Super Bowl rings with the New England Patriots and racked up 12 games of playoff experience. That’s more than many of his teammates combined. Six Chargers remain from the team’s last trip to the postseason after the 2018 season. But the Chargers point to last year’s Cincinnati Bengals as an illustration of why they think they can make a playoff run with minimal experience.
