A recently-filed search warrant application is revealing new information in the Barway Collins murder case.

Investigators say 10-year-old Barway's father, Pierre Collins, hid a laptop computer under a couch cushion after he and his wife were told to turn over all electronic devices, according to the warrant. Investigators are now asking a judge to allow them to analyze that computer.

The application also claims Pierre Collins withdrew $6,000 from his bank account about a month before Barway disappeared.

Barway went missing March 18. His body was recovered from the Mississippi River April 11.

Pierre Collins is in jail and charged with Barway's murder.
