Today's Weather

Good morning!

Happy Friday!

After record-setting rainfall of over 3” across the Twin Cities and tornado damage to some areas to the south of the metro, finally, the sunshine returns…and just in time for the weekend.

Temperatures will be cooler than last weekend by 20 degrees or more, but afternoon temps in the 70 degree range are perfectly normal for this time of the year.

First of all, tonight we will likely see our coolest temperatures in the Twin Cities since this past May 20th. The forecast overnight temperature for tonight is 45 degrees and we haven’t been that cool in 124 days!

The cooler, but normal temperatures will stick around right into next week.

The weekend looks beautiful with partly to mostly sunny skies and less wind than the winds out there this morning.
