Warm Sunday Expected, Cold to Come Tuesday

KSTP Meteorologist Sam Ryan says after a warm streak of weather, Minnesotans will be waking up to quite the change Tuesday.

Sunday is expected to continue with the trend of warm weather, with a sunny sky and temperatures reaching 50 degrees.

Monday will is expected to be warm as well, with temperatures reaching 46 degrees. Ryan said temperatures are expected to fall below freezing around 6 p.m., which could bring snow.

Ryan said Minnesotans can expect a sudden change Tuesday. Arctic air is expected to move in, plummeting temperatures to the High 20s.

The rest of the week is expected to be in the 20s and teens.
