Warm, Comfortable Weather for Mother's Day

May 13, 2018 10:51 AM

Sunday is Mother's Day, and according to KSTP Meteorologist Sam Ryan, many moms should be content with the "beautiful" weather ahead.

Highs on Sunday will warm up to reach the mid-70s by late afternoon.

Ryan says the winds will be calm throughout the day, with the sun shining through some clouds.

Monday will continue with a warmup to 80 degrees.

In fact, the rest of the week is expected to hover around 80 degrees each day, according to Ryan. For the most part, it will remain dry, but the warmer temperatures could result in some isolated thunderstorms in some areas.
