Rain, Thunderstorms Likely Sunday

Showers and thunderstorms are likely to make their way to the Twin Cities on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

Showers are expected to move into the area by 4 p.m. Sunday. Thunderstorms are expected to begin sometime before 7 p.m., according to the NWS.


Temperatures are expected to be in the low 70s.

The thunderstorms may continue into Monday morning, but are expected to leave the area by Monday evening.
