Friday marked the first day of fall, however, this weekend will not feel like it at all.

KSTP Meteorologist Sam Ryan says Saturday's temperatures are expected to come close to 90 degrees and Sunday will be in the mid 80s.

Heat index values are expected to be close to 100 degrees, according to Ryan.

Ryan says isolated showers are possible Saturday, with a front moving into the area. Ryan also said showers are possible Sunday night and into Monday.
