After a sunny St. Patrick's Day, clouds are expected to move into the Twin Cities and stay for a while.

KSTP Meteorologist Nicole Mitchell said Sunday is expected to be cloudy, with temperatures nearing 50 degrees.

More clouds are expected through the beginning of the week, with temperatures in the low 40s.

Tuesday marks the first official day of spring, however, there is a 40 percent chace for snow showers in the morning, according to Mitchell.

Temperatures are also expected to only reach the high 30s.

Later on in the week, temperatures are expected to return to the 40s.
