Traffic was stalled on westbound Interstate 94 in Minneapolis near the Lowry Hill Tunnel Thursday morning as authorities attempted to capture a dog running on the interstate.
Authorities were in the area at about 7 a.m., directing drivers to avoid the dog in their attempt to capture it.
At one point, the dog was running down the right hand side of westbound traffic.
The dog eventually ran from the interstate, heading toward downtown Minneapolis in the area of Highway 65 near the Minneapolis Convention Center.
