Minneapolis police reopened part of Washington Avenue in downtown Minneapolis early Wednesday morning after investigating a crime scene.

Police closed the street in the area near 3rd Avenue South after they say two males victims were stabbed at around 4:30 a.m.; both are expected to be OK.

Police say the two victims were giving conflicting information about what happened.

Part of eastbound Washington Avenue from Hennepin to 5th avenues remains closed off for construction, however, police closed off the other side as well during the investigation.
