A crash on Interstate 35 in Lakeville caused backups southbound past County Road 50, Smith said.

Drivers planning to take southbound I-35 in Forest Lake were advised to watch out for debris on the interstate near Highway 8.

Additionally, a crash partially blocked the left lane of southbound Highway 100 near Glenwood Avenue in Golden Valley. According to Smith, the crash caused injuries.

Meanwhile, Smith reported a vehicle went off the road along southbound Highway 169 to westbound Highway 101 in Shakopee earlier Wednesday morning.
