WATCH 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS Morning for the latest traffic updates.
Although roads were a bit damp Tuesday morning, it wasn't cold enough to create slick spots, making for a relatively smooth commute for most metro area drivers.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said there were a few incidents Tuesday morning on the roads. Smith urged caution after a vehicle crashed on the ramp from Interstate 35 to southbound Highway 52.
Additionally, there was a crash on the ramp from westbound Interstate 94 to southbound Interstate 494 in Woodbury.
A multi-vehicle crash on westbound I-94 just past Radio Drive backed up traffic to Manning Avenue in Woodbury, according to Smith. While the crash cleared about 20 minutes later, she advised drivers passing through that area to add about a half hour onto their commute.

Smith also issued a reminder for drivers heading eastbound on I-94 from Mounds Boulevard to Century Avenue. That section will be restricted to one lane from 6 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday for striping.
Meanwhile, there was a dense fog advisory for counties in central Minnesota, including Benton, Brookston, Douglas, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Stearns, Stevens, and Todd. The Minnesota Department of Transportation urged caution in those areas.
