Spinouts, crashes, and a ramp closure affected the morning commute in the metro area Tuesday.

KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said a crash on northbound Interstate 35W at Highway 13 in Burnsville and a crash on southbound Highway 169 past Interstate 394 in St. Louis Park caused slight delays.

The right lane of southbound I-35W near 50th Street was closed as a result of a multi-vehicle crash.

The ramp from southbound Cedar Avenue to eastbound Interstate 494 was closed due to a spinout.
