It will be a cold morning commute for Minnesotans Thursday.
KSTP Chief Morning Meteorologist Ken Barlow says wind gusts up to 30 miles per hour are expected Thursday, bringing wind chills down to around 10 degrees for the day.
Despite the cold, roads were clear and KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith reported a couple incidents.
A crash on southbound Interstate 35W near Little Canada Road took place in the left lane. Prior to that, Smith said, there were reports of a rollover incident near Taylors Falls by Shady Oak Trail.
