Smith said emergency vehicles responded to the scene of the rollover, which happened just after 6 a.m.

Officials reopened two lanes at about 6:30 a.m., with the remaining lanes reopening shortly afterward.

Smith also reported two crashes on southbound Interstate 35W. The first occurred prior to Hennepin Avenue and involved a bus in the right lane. The second occurred just past 35th Street, on the shoulder.

There was also a multi-vehicle crash on eastbound Interstate 694 just prior to I-35W.

Meanwhile, Smith said a stalled vehicle in the center lane on northbound Highway 61 prior to I-94 in St. Paul forced traffic to move around it, causing slight delays earlier Thursday morning.
