A jackknifed semi truck on a major interstate in Minneapolis slowed traffic early Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred on eastbound Interstate 94 just outside the Lowry Hill Tunnel, blocking the right two lanes. Crews were able to remove the semi and clear the scene to reopen the lanes later Wednesday morning, however, delays continued.
