Fridley police say a man has been arrested following a two-vehicle crash that killed one driver Monday night.

Sgt. Jim Mork of the Fridley Police Department said 30-year-old Emmanuel Seekie was arrested at the scene of the collision, which occurred at the intersection of East River Road and 42nd Avenue Northeast.

A blood test was administered and results were pending. Mork said witnesses reported seeing Seekie go through a red light, then strike the other vehicle, which was attempting to make a left turn.
