A 60-year-old Eagan man was arrested following a report of several unoccupied vehicles struck on Randolph Avenue in St. Paul Tuesday night.

State Patrol public information officer Tiffani Nielson said Michael John Olson was brought to Regina Hospital in Hastings after he allegedly fled from a state trooper at Interstate 35E and Yankee Doodle Road when the trooper identified his vehicle from 911 calls.

Nielson said Olson was driving on three wheels, his front right tire riding on the rim. Olson reportedly tried to do a U-Turn at Yankee Doodle and Dodd Road, but the trooper executed a pit maneuver and he was placed under arrest.

Nielson said his blood alcohol content was 0.25.
