Man Hit by Light Rail Train in St. Paul Remains in Critical Condition

A 49-year-old man is in critical condition after he was hit by a light rail train around 7:50 p.m. on Christmas at Prior Avenue in St. Paul.

Metro Transit said surveillance footage shows the man was "staggering" before he fell on the tracks and was hit by the train.
