Victims ID'd in Shoreview Rollover Crash Weren't Wearing Seat Belts, Sheriff's Office Says

Two people died Thursday morning after a rollover crash in Shoreview.

The crash happened just before 1 a.m. in the area of Cottage Place and Victoria Street.

A white vehicle rolled over onto a lawn in the area, according to authorities.

According to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office, 21-year-old Analisa Dominique Leal and 34-year-old Jose Antonia Campiz Sandoval were pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators are unsure who was driving.

Neither person was wearing a seat belt, the sheriff's office confirms.

The sheriff's office does not believe alcohol is a factor at this point.
