Wolves' Zach LaVine Doubtful for Wednesday's Game Against Houston

January 11, 2017 02:38 PM

The Houston Rockets are one of the hottest team in the NBA, sitting on their second nine game winning streak of the season.

"They're playing as well as anyone in the league. The way they're playing is impressive," says Wolves head coach Tom Thibodeau at Wednesday shootaround.

The Rockets played the Timberwolves on December 17 and erased a 12 point deficit to beat the Timberwolves 111-109 in overtime. James Harden scored 10 of his 28 points in overtime.

Shabazz Muhammad is expected to get more minutes due to Zach LaVine's hip contusion.

"I feel great, the game is slowing down for me. That's what it did for me last year. We've got Zach (LaVine) down tonight, so I've got to pick it up for him," Muhammad said.
