Taj Gibson scored a career-high 28 points and Jimmy Butler added 24, as the Wolves beat the Lakers, 119-111 at Target Center.

The Wolves overcame a 15 point first half deficit, and trailed by as many as 12 points late in the 3rd quarter. Jeff Teague chipped in with 20 points.

The Wolves are now 24-7 at home this year, 36-25 overall. At 61-games played, that's tops in the NBA. In other words, they are very much looking forward to the All-Star break.

The Wolves return to action on Feb. 23 at Houston.

Butler and Karl-Anthony Towns will represent the Wolves in Los Angeles in this weekend's All-Star Game.
