The Minnesota Wild has agreed to terms with forward J.T. Brown on a two-year, $1.375 million contract.

Brown tallied seven points and 24 penalty minutes in 47 games for Tampa Bay and Anaheim during the 2017-18 season. Brown is a Burnsville native who played his high school hockey at Rosemount. He also won a college hockey national championship at the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2011 at Xcel Energy Center.
