Wild general manager Chuck Fletcher sat down on Tuesday with reporters, including KSTP's Joe Schmit, to put a wrap on the 2016-2017 season.

Fletcher said "absolutely not" when asked if he needs to make wholesale changes after the Wild were dimissed in a mere five games vs. St. Louis in the 1st round of the playoffs.

On the injury front, Fletcher said that forward Mikael Granlund had been playing with a broken hand. He'll need 4-6 weeks to recover fully.

Fletcher noted a bigger defenseman as an offseason need, and said finding a back-up goalie that they can rely on is a must. South St. Paul native Alex Stalock will have an opportunity to be the No. 2.
