Statistically, the Vikings end the regular season as the best defense in the NFL - leading in both points allowed and yards allowed.
The Bears ten points came on a punt return and a 55-yard field goal.
The Vikings defense even hung a safety when Bears trookie QB Mitchell Trubisky was flagged for intentional grounding in his own end zone while under duress from Linval Joseph and Danielle Hunter.
The Vikings held the Bears to 1-for-14 on late down conversions (1-12 on 3rd down, 0-2 on 4th down).
One of the fourth down stops was late in the game which preserved the Vikings starting defense's three-game run without allowing a touchdown.
Chicago only managed 30 rushing yards in the game.
