Case Keenum has won five of his seven starts, and led the Vikings to another win in Chicago when he took over at halftime. Keenum played brilliant at times vs. Washington, but also had two interceptions. A CBS Sports report on Monday afternoon indicates that Keenum will get the start vs. Los Angeles, with both teams 7-2 vying for playoff positioning.

Zimmer said on Monday that he needs to talk to the parties involved, and the team as a whole before announcing publicly who his quarterback will be. Zimmer is also on record with the FOX broadcasting crew that did the Vikings-Redskins game that backup Teddy Bridgewater will play at some point this season.

Among other highlights from Zimmer's Monday news conference was his praise of the offensive line. Left tackle Riley Reiff has yet to allow a sack this year.
