May offers the unique perspective of watching from afar, being out for the season after Tommy John surgery. It's bittersweet for May, as he's thrilled for his friends and teammates, yet wishes he could have helped on the mound this year.

Levine and Rowson both offer thoughts on Miguel Sano (shin injury), with the hint that he will be among the 25-players on the roster, but will be on the bench. That Robbie Grossman will be the DH.

The Twins' 25-man roster for the game vs. New York is due at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning. If they win, the roster can change for the divisional series vs. Cleveland.
