After the weekend off, the Wolves resumed practice on Monday. There was lots to discuss from coach Tom Thibodeau arguing with Jazz forward Jae Crowder on Friday, to Karl-Anthony Towns suffering the first ejection of his career, and Jeff Teague fouling Ricky Rubio hard.

Thibodeau said his back-and-forth with Crowder was two competitors in the heat of the moment, while Towns said that he has to know better than argue while already having one technical foul. Teague thought Rubio embellished the foul, surprised he reacted the way he did.

The Wolves return to action Thursday at Target Center vs. Boston. They are currently in 5th place in the Western Conference, with teams seeded 3-10 all within four games of each other in the loss column. Teams 3-9 are all within two games of each other in the loss column. The top 8 teams make the playoffs.
