The MSHSL's selection committee has named three finalists, who will be interviewed Monday, a release stated.

They are Erich Martens, the current principal at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School, Mindy Chevalier, the current community education director and assistant principal at Belle Plaine High School, and Troy Urdahl, who is currently the activities and facilities director at St. Anthony Village High School.

The committee will make a recommendation to the league's board of directors on Nov. 30. A starting date for the candidate selected has yet to be determined.
