Former Gopher golfers Donald Constable and Clayton Rask qualified for the 2014 U.S. Open, according to gophersports.com.
The major will be held from June 12 through June 15 at Pinehurst in North Carolina.
Constable competed at the Woodmont Country Club in Maryland where he tied for second, finishing three under par.
Rask also finished three under par at Emerald Valley Golf Course in Oregon to claim second place.
Both golfers finished high enough in their sectional qualifiers to earn a spot in the U.S. Open.
