The 35th Annual Corky’s Early Bird Men’s Slow-pitch Softball Classic was held over the weekend in southern Minnesota.
The tournament has the title of the biggest, most competitive softball competition in the country. It was held Friday through Sunday at the Steele County Fairgrounds Softball Complex in Owatonna.
Around 160 teams from 10 states competed to qualify for the Amateur Softball Association tournament at the end of the season.
The tournament also serves as a fundraiser the Owatonna Parks and Rec youth scholarship fund.
