David Price allowed one run over five innings as the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Minnesota Twins 7-1 Tuesday. Jason Kubel's home run in the second inning provided the only offense for the Twins. Starter Ricky Nolasco pitched four innings, surrendering two runs in the loss.

Tampa Bay scored twice in the second inning to take a 2-1 lead following Kubel's homer. The Rays then added single tallies in the fifth and sixth innings before Jeremy Moore all but put the game away with a two-run homer in the seventh inning.

The Twins play the Pittsburgh Pirates Wednesday afternoon.
