With the game against the Washington Redskins on Thursday, the Vikings have little time to prepare themselves to avoid yet another loss.
Coach Leslie Frazier addresses how the game against Dallas was a great one, but there needs to be a few changes for this upcoming game against the Redskins. He mentions quarterback Christian Ponder being the starter for the Vikings because he's improved greatly (Frazier's words). Frazier thinks the team's frustration is making them practice harder with hopefully a win as a result of their hard work in such little time.
Ponder mentions that coming back has pushed him into growing as the lead quarterback and only wants to concentrate on improving himself. He still sees Matt Cassel and Josh Freeman as competition, but see's himself as his main focus for improvement.
